• AI-generated content creators (where we hold exclusive rights)

2. License to Use Music

2.1 What You CAN Do (Licensed Uses)

We grant you a free, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• ✅ Use music in YouTube videos (monetized or non-monetized)
• ✅ Use music in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories
• ✅ Use music in Facebook, Twitter/X, and other social media
• ✅ Use music in commercial social media content and advertisements
• ✅ Use music in podcasts and streams (with proper attribution)
• ✅ Stream and preview music on Muzeno.com

2.2 What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Uses)

• ❌ Download audio files in any format (MP3, WAV, FLAC, etc.)
• ❌ Redistribute music as standalone audio files
• ❌ Sell, license, or sublicense music to third parties
• ❌ Claim ownership or authorship of the music
• ❌ Upload music to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
• ❌ Use music in films, TV shows, or theatrical productions without permission
• ❌ Remove or obscure copyright notices or attributions
• ❌ Create derivative works without explicit permission

3. YouTube Content ID

Some Muzeno tracks are registered with YouTube Content ID. This means:

• You may receive a copyright claim on your video — this is NORMAL
• The claim is NOT a strike and will NOT harm your channel
• You keep full monetization rights to your video content
• The claim simply identifies the music as belonging to Muzeno
• You may continue using the video without any restrictions

If you receive a Content ID claim for Muzeno music, you do NOT need to dispute it. Your video will remain live and active.

4. DMCA Compliance

Muzeno respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid copyright infringement notices.

4.1 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, please send a DMCA notice to:

Your notice must include:

"Muzeno," the Muzeno logo, and other marks are trademarks of Muzeno. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Many tracks on Muzeno are created using AI technology. Muzeno holds exclusive rights to all AI-generated music on our platform. The fact that music is AI-generated does NOT mean it is in the public domain or free to use outside the terms we grant.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Muzeno will terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.

8. International Copyright

Our content is protected by international copyright treaties and conventions, including the Berne Convention. Copyright protections apply regardless of your location.
