Muzeno is a free music library platform that provides AI-generated and curated music tracks for use in social media content. Our service allows you to:

• Browse and discover music tracks
• Preview and listen to music online
• Access music for use in social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Create and manage favorites
• Search and filter music by category, language, and mood

3. Music License and Usage Rights

3.1 License Grant

Muzeno grants you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use our music tracks in your social media content, subject to the following conditions:

• Use music in videos, reels, shorts, and stories on social media platforms
• Use music in YouTube videos (monetized and non-monetized)
• Use music in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and similar platforms
• Use music in personal and commercial social media content
• Stream music online through our platform

3.3 Prohibited Uses

• NO downloading of audio files (MP3, WAV, or any format) for offline use
• NO redistribution of music as standalone audio files
• NO selling or licensing music to third parties
• NO claiming ownership of the music or copyright
• NO uploading to music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) as your own
• NO use in NFTs or blockchain-based projects without explicit permission
• NO removal or modification of attribution when required

3.4 Copyright Ownership

All music tracks on Muzeno are owned by Muzeno or its licensors. You do NOT acquire ownership rights to any music. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights remain with Muzeno.

3.5 Content ID Claims

Some tracks may be registered with YouTube Content ID. If you receive a Content ID claim, this is normal and does NOT affect your video. The claim confirms the music is licensed and you may continue using it. You retain all monetization rights to your video content.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUZENO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Muzeno harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms
